The City of Apopka (City) is seeking qualified transportation planning and traffic engineering Consultants/Firms, licensed to do business in the State of Florida and under the laws of the State of Florida. These services should be efficient and economical; adhere to industry standards and best practices; services are on an “As Needed Basis”.
