The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office (RSO) Technical Services Bureau (TSB) is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of Qumulo Hardware and Subscription Licenses as detailed in Exhibit A of this RFQ. RSO’s TSB has relied on Qumulo for file storage since 2020. TSB operates multiple clusters and leverage Qumulo’s continuous scaling to add nodes each year. Having more than one cluster enables TSB to host file shares across Riverside County and replicate data to other locations for disaster recovery. The two new storage appliances and subscription licenses in this RFQ are to add to existing systems at RSO’s Riverside and Indio dispatch locations (both delivered to the address below in Riverside). RSO is looking to have a purchase order issued by June 18 and items received and invoiced by June 30 to use fiscal year 2026 funds.
