The objective of this selection process is to obtain a small pool of MEP/FP consultants, pre-qualified by the Town, from which MEP/FP services may be ordered. Maximum value of any individual assignment will not exceed $50,000.00 per discrete project. The services of the Respondent shall be utilized at the sole discretion of the Town as deemed to be in the Town’s best interest for a given project. The Town makes no guarantee of the assignments associated with this Request for Qualifications.
