REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 1.1. Purpose By way of this Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals (“RFQ/RFP”), the Rancho Santiago Community College District (“District”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals (“Responses”) to provide a Stormwater Assessment (“Services”) Districtwide. The purpose of this RFQ/RFP is to obtain information that will allow the District to select a qualified Firm (“Consultant” or “Firm”) to develop a comprehensive white paper that evaluates stormwater management conditions and outlines strategic recommendations related to MS4 Permit and California Assembly Bill 1572 (AB 1572) on behalf of the District. The District reserves the right and discretion to determine if any Responses will be utilized to add firms to the list of pre-qualified stormwater consultants for future RFPs. Firms are required to submit a response according to Section 1.5 “Response Format”. 1.2. Qualified Consultant All Consultants submitting a Response to this RFQ/RFP and seeking to provide services for the Districtwide Stormwater Assessment should be extremely familiar with all applicable regulations, including the procedures for state-funded projects, industry guidelines especially as they apply to community college projects, and be capable of providing work product that will enable the District to strictly comply with said requirements.
