February 12, 2026 RE: Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposal #RFQ/RFP 2526-398 – Districtwide On-Call Move Management Services To Whom it May Concern: The Rancho Santiago Community College District (“District”) is seeking a proposal from your firm (“Consultant”) to provide Districtwide On-Call Move Management Services for a variety of projects for Rancho Santiago Community College District. Project and Site Description The District seeks a qualified consultant to provide move management consulting services related to the relocation of furniture, equipment, staff and faculty. The selected consultant may provide services such as, but not limited to, development of a Move Plan, preparation of contract documents and move plan implementation for a variety of upcoming capital improvement construction and reconfiguration projects. Please note that any future move services are subject to prevailing wages and will be procured via a separate bidding process. Qualifications The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”)/Request for Proposal (“RFP”), is to obtain information that will allow the Rancho Santiago Community College District (“District”) to pre-qualify a limited number of firms to provide move management services (“Services”). Consultant shall have requisite experience in managing and coordinating all move types for projects and tasks of various sizes and magnitude. Consultant shall have demonstrated experience working with multiple types of stakeholders, departments and constituents. Consultant shall be organized and be an effective communicator and team player. All Consultants submitting a Statement of Qualifications (“Response”) and seeking to become a pre-qualified consultant with respect to Services should be extremely familiar with all applicable board policies and administrative procedures, education/government and any applicable public contract codes, industry guidelines especially as they apply to community college projects, and be capable of providing work product that will enable the District to strictly comply with said requirements. Scope of Work and Deliverables: The Consultant is expected to provide move management coordination activities and function as a point of contact on behalf of the District Office, reporting to the Facility Planning, District Construction and Support Services Department. The Consultant is expected to work with District staff and other project Consultants.
