Alabama State Port Authority Addendum to RFP/RFQ Project Name Upper Mobile Bay Beneficial Use Wetland Creation Site (Implementation) – Phase 1 Project Project No. 11810 Task No. N/A To: Prospective Offerors Date: 10/20/2026 Addendum No. 2 The following revisions are hereby made to the Request for Proposals / Request for Qualifications for the Upper Mobile Bay Beneficial Use Wetland Creation Site (Implementation) – Phase 1 Project. This Addendum shall become part of the Contract and shall be acknowledged by the Contractor in the Proposal submission by adding the addendum number and date to Page I-16 of the Cost Proposal in the Specification Booklet. Item Description 1 Could you confirm whether any addenda or supplemental documents have been issued and advise how to register for the project document/addenda distribution list? Addenda will be uploaded to the APA Procurement page on the APA website Procurement - Alabama Port Authority. Please be certain that the current name and contact information are provided on the sign-in sheet, and you will be provided a notification when addenda are uploaded to the Procurement page. 2 Section 4 mentions distribution to pre-qualified contractors, while the solicitation combines qualifications and proposals; please clarify whether a separate prequalification or registration step is required before the October 23 submission. There is not a pre-qualification process. Any Potential Offeror may download Plans, Specifications, and Addenda from the APA Procurement page on the APA website Procurement - Alabama Port Authority. 3 Please also clarify proposal delivery: the invitation identifies courier delivery to 1400 Alabama State Docks Blvd., Room 216, and hand delivery at the International Trade Center, while Section 5.1 lists 250 North Water Street for all deliveries. Please confirm the correct location and receiving procedure. No advance registration or site-access arrangement is necessary to attend the pre-proposal meeting on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
