This Addendum shall become part of the Contract and shall be acknowledged by the Contractor in the Proposal submission by adding the addendum number and date to Page I-16 of the Cost Proposal in the Specification Booklet. Item Description 1 PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING POSTPONEMENT Due to the anticipated direct impacts of Hurricane Isaias on the Mobile, Alabama area and in the interest of ensuring the safety of prospective offerors, Alabama Port Authority personnel, and project stakeholders, the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT is hereby postponed. The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting is now tentatively scheduled for: Date: Thursday, October 22, 2026 Time: 2:00 PM CDT Location: Alabama Port Authority International Trade Center Killian Room 250 North Water Street Mobile, Alabama 36602 Attendance at the rescheduled meeting shall satisfy the mandatory pre-proposal meeting requirement. 2 PROCUREMENT SCHEDULE REVISIONS The procurement schedule is revised as follows. All references within the Contract to the original pre-proposal meeting date and associated procurement schedule shall be modified accordingly.
