RFQ Removal of Blighted Structures

Description

This purpose of this RFQ is not to quantify costs but to assess the qualifications of each respondent’s ability to effectively, under the rules governed by New York State and the City of Syracuse, remove blighted structures identified by the Division of Code Enforcement (DOCE). Criteria used to make this determination can be found under Section III of this RFQ document.Specifications will be issued on an individual project basis that will place limits on the amount of materials allowed to be placed in landfills.All blight removal projects are subject to the City of Syracuse Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation Program requirements (City of Syracuse Code of Ordinances Chapter 42).
