LEGAL NOTICE HINDS COUNTY, MS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The Hinds County Board of Supervisors is interested in acquiring the services of a consultant to provide Public Information Officer Services to develop a county priority/strategic plan and county public communications, marketing and media plan. Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from Carmen Y. Davis, County Administrator, County of Hinds, 316 S.
