The Cowlitz County Department of Public Works (County) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants capable of performing environmental analysis and permitting, critical area surveys and studies, wetland/stream identification and mitigation, biological assessments and other environmental services that may be associated with County Projects. The consultant will provide environmental services as County projects are scheduled for development or as circumstances emerge that require professional environmental services.
