REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ENGINEERING FIRM/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR DESIGNS AND STUDIES RFQ No 26-14 - Design-Connecting Communities Trails Project Pueblo County seeks experienced design firms interested in carrying out the full Design and subsequent Construction Management for the Project “Connecting Communities Project”. Submitters must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope/container, clearly marked “Request for Proposal – RFQ No. 26-14 - Design-Connecting Communities Trail Project”, and addressed to: at: Pueblo County Purchasing 215 W. 10th Street, Room 14 Pueblo, Colorado 81003 or Via email: purchasing@pueblocounty.us Until: May 21, 2026, 10:00 A.M. MT (our clock) To be eligible to submit a SOQ/proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained via E-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us or from the Pueblo County Purchasing, 215 W. 10th Street, Room 14, Pueblo, Colorado 81003, between of hours of 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. MT, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) or by contacting the Purchasing 719-583-6097. Only sealed proposals properly received by Pueblo County Purchasing will be accepted. No proposals which are received after the time and date stated above will be considered, and any proposals so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened.
