Questions & Responses The proposer shall permanently affix this Addendum No. 3 to the RFQ packet so it will be submitted with the RFQ. Does the County anticipate the need for any easements, or right-of-way? The RFP references right-of-way plans, but it appears that the corridor allows adequate space for the trail without obtaining easements. To what extent are the right-of-way plans needed? Response: Yes, ROW plans will be required to develop an easement for County maintenance of the trail. 2. Does the County anticipate any environmental analysis or research needed along the corridor? Response: Yes. 3. Can the County confirm what is required for the submittal? Section 4.1 indicates that email of the proposal is a separate option from hardcopy, but in Section 4.3, five hardcopy and a pdf on a cd/usb is required. Response: Please submit RFQ’s via hardcopy PDF or USB. 4. Is geotechnical engineering required for this project? Have geotechnical investigations been conducted along Medal of Honor Blvd that can be used for the multi-use trail portion of the project? Is there any geotechnical information from past projects along the west side of Pueblo Blvd. that can be used? Response: Yes, geotechnical engineering will be required for the SH-45 portion of the trail. Geotechnical reports were completed for the Medal of Honor Project and will be uploaded via Addendum #2. The County does not possess any geotechnical information for past projects in CDOT ROW. 5. Can the County provide the figures from the planning document that show the proposed trailhead and mobility hub locations as indicated in Section 2.1, 2nd paragraph? Response: The figure will be posted under Addendum #2. 6. The RFQ for the connecting communities project references a dropbox containing relevant information.
