RFQ - Muscatine Municipal Housing Card Access Controls

Description

The Muscatine Municipal Housing Agency {MMHA) is soliciting quotes for replacement of the card access controls at Clark House Apartments, 117 W. 3rd Street, Muscatine, IA 52761. Quotes shall detail price for new control panel(s) that supports eight (8) doors, and include new software and licensing fees. All specified equipment shall be compatible with the existing readers, access cards, and door hardware, and must be integrated with our current hosted platform. Bidders shall provide accompanying compliance paperwork as described below. ( ie. certificate of insurance, Section 3 Clause with Intent to comply, UEI {Unique Entity Identifier} from sam.gov). Bidders may schedule a site visit with Rob Awbrey via email. There will not be a public bid opening. By submitting a quote the respondent affirms they either hold or will obtain insurance in compliance with the MMHA's insurance requirement prior to any contract or work on behalf of MMHA. All bidders must execute the attached Section 3 Clause and Intent to Comply certifying compliance with Section 3 requirements, including if the business qualifies as a Section 3 business, tracking total man hours worked on MMHA projects, and if any employees working on MMHA project qualify as Section 3 workers. All bidders must register a UEI (unique entity identifier) at sam.gov for work on any federally funded project.
