The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services, on behalf of Riverside University Health System (RUHS) – Public Health (PH), is soliciting quotations for a Community Health Worker (CHW) Curriculum Designer (CD) as detailed in this RFQ. Effective July 1, 2022, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) added Community Health Worker (CHW) services as a covered benefit under the Medi-Cal program. CHWs are trusted members of the communities they serve and play a vital role in bridging gaps between residents and the healthcare system by facilitating access to care and fostering meaningful connections.
