RFQ for On-Call Strategic Communication, Collateral Material Development, and Event Planning Services

Description

The Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District (District) is soliciting qualifications from firms with expertise providing strategic communication, collateral material development, and event planning services. Consultants can submit as individual firms or as a team (“prime firm” with subconsultants). Consultants deemed to have sufficient qualifications will be added to a "prequalified consultant" file for a period of five (5) years from the date of determination of qualification. The selected consultant(s) or prime firm(s) will have proven experience and skill in strategic communications, collateral material development, and event planning services (especially for park and open space entities). District staff may pre-qualify multiple firms and may select a prequalified consultant from this list for services for a period of five (5) years to request a project specific proposal. Once added to the pre-qualified list, Staff anticipate entering into contract with one of more firms for On-call services to support a variety of projects and programmatic efforts on an as-needed basis.
