RFQ for On-Call Environmental Site Assessment, Remediation, Monitoring, and Reporting Services

Description

The Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District (District) is soliciting qualifications from firms with expertise in environmental site assessments, remediation, monitoring, and reporting. Consultants can submit as individual firms or as a team (“prime firm” with subconsultants). Consultants deemed to have sufficient qualifications will be added to a "prequalified consultant" file for a period of five (5) years from the date of determination of qualification. The selected consultant(s) or prime firm(s) will have proven experience and skill in environmental remediation and regulatory compliance services (especially Title 27 and General Order No. R3-2004-0006) and will be fully qualified to perform the services requested by the District in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). District staff may pre-qualify multiple firms and may select a prequalified consultant from this list for services for a period of five (5) years. District will request project specific proposals and fees from the firms considered most qualified. Once added to the pre-qualified list, Staff anticipate entering into contract with one of more firms for On-call services to support a variety of projects and programmatic efforts on an as-needed basis.
