The Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District (District) is soliciting qualifications from firms with expertise in environmental planning and management. Consultants can submit as individual firms or as a team (“prime firm” with subconsultants). Consultants deemed to have sufficient qualifications will be added to a "prequalified consultant" file for a period of five (5) years from the date of determination of qualification. The selected consultant(s) or prime firm(s) will have proven experience and skill in environmental planning and management and will be fully qualified to perform a broad suite of services requested by the District in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). District staff may pre-qualify multiple firms and may select a prequalified consultant from this list for services for a period of five (5) years to request a project specific proposal. Once added to the pre-qualified list, Staff anticipate entering into contract with one of more firms for On-call services to support a variety of projects and programmatic efforts on an as-needed basis.
