Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. September 11, 2025 at Fruitvale ISD business office 244 VZCR 1910 Fruitvale, TX 75127 or by email to bainr@fruitvaleisd.com. Interested companies may email and meet with Rebecca Bain at bainr@fruitvaleisd.com prior to submitting proposals. The envelope containing your proposal should be marked: Proposals for Fencing Attention: Rebecca Bain The district reserves the right to discuss the contents of such initial quotes in order to obtain the best offer which will meet the district’s needs. The board of trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
