REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONSARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICESCDBG BLUEPRINT TO BUILD COMMUNITY CENTER PROJECT The City of Ottawa, Kansas, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms or architect-led teams to provide professional architectural, engineering, and related design services for the City’s proposed 2026 Kansas Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Blueprint to Build Community Center Project at Forest Park. The City has not yet received a CDBG award, and professional services would proceed only if the project is funded. RFQ for Professional Services The proposed project is anticipated to include a large gymnasium, aquatics/pool space, multipurpose and gathering areas, fitness space, and supporting facility areas. RFQ for Professional Services Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
