RFQ - Electrical - Lincoln Lift Station Package 1

Description

The City of Caldwell is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from prospective licensed Idaho public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the Lincoln Lift Station – Package 1 – Lift Station Construction as an electrical subcontractor. Qualified electrical subcontractors would be shortlisted for General Contractors to solicit a bid from during the official bidding process. The electrical portion of this Project generally consists of site electrical support including temporary power, dewatering pump wiring support, power distribution, standby generator install, electrical permitting, pump wiring, bridge crane wiring, HVAC and odor control wiring, functional testing support, VFD integration, instrumentation and controls support, interior/exterior lighting, electrical penetrations, and embedded conduits.This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is intended to be administered in compliance with Idaho Code section 67-2805.
