The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services Department, on behalf of Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to provide Quality Assurance Case Management Software, Maintenance and Support Services for DPSS’s Self Sufficiency Division (SSD), In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), and Foster Care. SSD is responsible for the administration of social assistance programs to help vulnerable adults and children in need of health care, food, shelter, clothing, and other program support. IHSS provides in-home assistance to eligible aged, blind, or disabled individuals so they can remain safely in their own homes instead of entering institutional care. Foster Care provides temporary, safe, and stable out-of-home care for children who cannot remain safe with their families until they can be reunified or placed in a permanent home.
