City of Woodland is requesting a statement of qualifications from consultants and teams qualified to provide professional engineering design services for the College, Beamer, and Cross Bike/Ped Connectivity Project, CIP 26-08. The project will rehabilitate existing asphalt roadways (grind and overlay), install buffered Class II, Class II and Class III bicycle lanes, construct sidewalks to close gaps in the pedestrian network, install ADA-compliant curb ramps, high visibility crossings and traffic calming elements near schools, installation of traffic calming islands with pedestrian actuated rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB), and implement pedestrian safety improvements and traffic signal upgrades at signalized intersections.
