What additional details are you willing to provide, if any, beyond what is stated in bid documents concerning how you will identify the winning bid? The Connecticut Port Authority will provide additional general information about the project on its website, including the Basis of Design Document and Project Delivery and Work Schedule (PDWS). The determination of selected consultant is set forth in the Request For Qualifications documents, and no further information will be provided. Question: Was this bid posted to the nationwide free bid notification website at www.mygovwatch.com? Response: No. Question: Other than your own website, where was this bid posted? Response: In addition to the Connecticut Port Authority website, (www.ctportauthority.com) the solicitation was posted on the State of Connecticut Contracting Portal, known as BizNet. Question: Are there any SBE or MBE goals for this project? Response: While there are no set aside requirements for the Construction Administrator, the construction phase of the Project will comply with the set aside contract requirements set forth in C.G.S. Sec. 4a-60g et seq. Question: Is State of CT DAS Contractor Prequalification required? Response: No. Question: In accordance with the RFQ we are required to upload various OPM forms to our BizNet record. BizNet does not allow Forms 2, 3 and 4 to be uploaded; they are not considered standard forms. Reference Doing Business with DAS Manual page 3, Item 2 Which Documents Can I Upload? This section specifically states Forms 1, 5, 6, 7, Non-Discrimination A-E, Commission on Human Rights (DAS-45), and DAS-46 CT Economic Impact Form. How would you like these Forms submitted? Response: Firms may either upload forms to BizNet or include the completed and executed forms with their qualification’s submittal package.
