The Town of Apex is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional transportation planning, architectural, and engineering services for the design of Phase 1 of the Downtown Apex Mobility Hub. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit a SOQ from architectural and engineering firms qualified and interested in the project. The Town of Apex plans to select a firm to perform project management, community engagement, design and production of construction documents, coordination with permitting agencies and utility providers, preparation of exhibits for right-of-way or land acquisition purposes, and cost estimating.
