The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of the Department of Animal Services is soliciting quotations from qualified and licensed Bidders capable of providing Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to select one or more qualified and licensed bidders to provide diagnostic testing and analysis services for domestic and non-domestic animals. If awarded, the County will enter into a contract with the selected Bidders for a period of five (5) years. The Department of Animal Services operates four animal shelters located throughout the County of Riverside, as outlined in Section 14.0 - Collection Sites (Riverside, San Jacinto, Thousand Palms, and Blythe). Collection frequency varies by site. The Bidder must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in Exhibit “A” – Bidder’s Minimum Qualifications, to participate in this solicitation.
