REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR LAKE MYRTLE SPORTS PARK BASEBALL STADIUM CITY OF AUBURNDALE, FLORIDA The City of Auburndale will receive qualification packets at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, Auburndale, Florida up until 12:00 PM on November 9, 2026. Qualifications will be for the design and construction of a baseball stadium at Lake Myrtle Sports Park. All packets must be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the City Manager, and plainly marked on the outside, “RFQ – LMSP – Baseball Stadium.” RFQ packets and Design Criteria Package information are available in the Parks and Recreation Department, 6 Bobby Green Plaza, Auburndale, FL 33823. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver his or her packets to the office of the City Manager before the specified time and date. Bidders are required to submit a completed NONCOLLUSION AFFIDAVIT OF PRIME BIDDER form and PUR 7068 form with the sealed bid. The bidder must also submit documentation of liability and worker’s compensation insurance. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to readvertise, and accept the bid in the best interest of the City, not necessarily the lowest bid. Publishing Info.
