What is the funding source of the budget? Answers There is currently no assigned address. The site is located at the Southwest corner of the intersection at Northwest 2nd and Highway 95, just south of Fruitland, Idaho. It is just north of the Sykady (formerly known as D&S Factors) building. The survey stakes are still visible on site. Yes. The plan is to potentially bid Phase Two as an alternate. If it’s within budget, it may proceed. The full build is needed, but budget limitations require flexibility based on cost estimates. Fall 2025 is the current target for construction start. The project is funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) dollars, so it must be completed by the end of 2026. The project budget is $3.1 million. The project is funded by ARPA dollars.
