It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe fire door inspection services being requested by the Alameda County General Services Agency (GSA)-Building Maintenance Department (BMD). The County intends to award a three-year contract (with the option to renew for two years) to a single bidder for all regions or a multi-award up to three (3) bidders, one (1) Bidder per designated region, selected as the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder whose response meets the County’s requirements.
