Could NWACC please clarify the intended requirement and confirm whether any pricing information should be included with the RFQ submission? Answer 2 No pricing will be submitted and we apologize for any confusion. Question 3 Please clarify if the delivery method is design-build. Answer 3. No. This solicitation is not intended to be a traditional Design-Build procurement. NWACC is seeking qualifications from firms to provide General Contractor services for parking garage repairs and maintenance. The scope of work is based on the conditions assessment and repair recommendations identified in the Walker Consultants parking garage report. The selected contractor will be expected to review the report, investigate field conditions as necessary, develop repair approaches, and perform the work in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and negotiated project requirements. Question 4 Please confirm if there are any license requirements for individuals, and if so, what are the requirements? Answer 4 Yes. Respondents must provide proof of current licensure/registration for the firm and all key personnel, as applicable to their discipline. Licenses must be current and in good standing with the applicable licensing authority. Documentation may be provided through copies of licenses, registration cards, or verification from the applicable licensing board's website. The awarded contractor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses and permits required to perform the work Question 5 Please clarify if any design criteria should be included in the submission, and if not, what information should be redacted from the submission. Answer 5 No design criteria, engineering calculations, repair designs, or proposed repair solutions are required as part of the qualification’s submission. This RFQ is intended to evaluate respondents' qualifications, experience, key personnel, and related information as outlined in Section 3.
