CITY OF LEWISTON, IDAHO REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RFQ-26-015 TRANSPORTATION PLAN UPDATE (TR078) The City of Lewiston, Idaho is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional engineering services to update its 2020 Transportation Plan. The full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document is available on the City's website, www.cityoflewiston.org under "Bid Opportunities". Responses will be accepted until 2:00 PM (PDT) on August 13, 2026. An optional pre-SOQ meeting will be held on August 4, 2026, at 10:00 am at 215 D Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501. Submit (5) five complete proposals as well as (1) one complete electronic version.
