Public notice is hereby given that the City of Richland, Washington has issued the above Request for Statement of Qualifications for a consultant to be the City of Richland’s owner’s representative to obtain authority from the Washington Capital Project Advisory Review Board to utilize progressive design-build project delivery to renovate an existing structure to be used as a police station and to administrate the project during design and construction.
