In accordance with Arkansas Procurement Law and Rules, it is the responsibility of Vendors to submit proposals at the designated location on or before the bid opening date and time. Proposals received after the designated bid opening date and time shall be considered late and shall be returned to the Vendor without further review. Question 1 I was reviewing the submission requirements for RFQ-26-004 and noticed that the RFQ requires an original response packet along with a flash drive. I just wanted to confirm the quantity of printed copies required, as I did not see a specific quantity listed. Could you please confirm whether NWACC is only requiring one original hard copy and one flash drive for submission, rather than multiple printed copies? Other documents and/or information as may be expressly required in this Bid Solicitation. d. EO 98-04 Disclosure Form. (See Standard Terms and Conditions.) e.
