CITY OF PORTERVILLE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ESCROW AND TITLE SERVICES RFQ# 25/26-SR2021 The City of Porterville is initiating a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified firms interested in providing preliminary and other title reports, escrow services, title insurance and other title related services as required to assist staff in the purchase of properties. The required services will be performed upon request by the City as projects are initiated. All responses must be submitted on the Public Purchase website, https://www.publicpurchase.com by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026. Proposal forms may be inspected and electronically downloaded at no cost, at the Public Purchase website. No copies of said documents will be provided by the City.
