Davidson County, NC is seeking a qualified firm to provide engineering services to prepare plans for repair phased services for the Davidson County Parking Deck located at 118 West 2nd Street, Lexington, NC. This is a three-story parking deck with staff parking on the first floor and public parking on second and third floors. Staff parking 88 with 2 handicap spaces, public parking 188 spaces with 2 handicap spaces with a total 276 spaces. Proposals should be limited to a maximum of 30 pages single-sided (15 pages double-sided) with a minimum font size of 12. Advertising material should not be included in the proposal and will not be considered in the selection process. All proposals will become the property of Davidson County and will be evaluated to determine which firm is best qualified to meet the County’s requirements. Davidson County reserves the right to waive any informality in any submittal and to reject any or all submittals.
