Project Description : Bi-annual SOQ’s Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms capable of providing various professional engineering services, telecommunications project planning, design and construction, electrical design, surveying services, mechanical, architectural services, and construction inspection and material testing engineering services. Contract terms will vary and may include on-call services.
