NOTICE INVITING BIDS The City of Woodland (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the purchase of 971 pairs of brass 1.5”-1” meter flange adapters at the office of the Public Works, 655 N. Pioneer Avenue, Woodland, CA 95776, no later than Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms. Bidders may obtain a complete copy of the Contract Documents from the City’s website at: https://www.cityofwoodland.gov/658/RFQ-RFP-Bid-Opportunities. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to download the Contract Documents for review and to verify the completeness of the Contract Documents before submitting a bid.
