Garden Highway Improvements Project - Potholing Services

GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION The project involves potholing, locating utilites at locations described in the attached plans, and performing all listed notes in the attached RFQ. INQUIRIES All questions and requests for information regarding the project must be submitted through Public Purchase on the project link. Responses to questions will be distributed to plan holders via Public Purchase. Last day for inquiries is November 18, 2026 at the end of business day. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $75,000. SCHEDULE: The City anticipates approximately five (5) working days to complete the potholing work. The Contractor shall commence work promptly upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). All work, including pavement restoration, shall be completed no later than December 31, 2026. FUNDING: The potholing services will be funded through a combination of local, state, and federal funds; therefore, the contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations and requirement
