The Burlington Department of Public Works – Water Resources Division (“DPW-WRD”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide both scheduled (annual / biennial) and on-call underwater infrastructure inspection, cleaning and repair services starting in calendar year 2027 and extending through calendar year 2031. Qualified firms will possess technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience to complete the projects described in this Request for Price Quotations (“RFPQ”). Specifically, the City is seeking a qualified firm with the following expertise: 1. Capacity, knowledge, experience and ability to safely perform underwater infrastructure inspections, cleaning and remedial repairs. 2. Experience in developing thorough and clear documentation of underwater infrastructure inspection, cleaning and repair services.
