The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Department of Waste Resources (DWR) and in collaboration with the City of Cathedral City and Palm Springs Cemetery District (collectively, the Parties) is seeking proposals from competent parties qualified in providing Environmental Site Investigation services in compliance with the Regional Water Quality Control Board – Colorado River Basin (RWQCB-CRB) Technical Reporting Order R7-2025-0020-01, which is included as part this RFP and is accessible through the link below. The Parties are seeking a qualified firm to conduct an Environmental Site Investigation and develop a Site Investigation Report for the Cathedral City Landfill (CCL). The selected consultant is expected to thoroughly review Technical Order R7-2025-0020-01 and all applicable historical technical documents as part of the Environmental Site Investigation.
