Description

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Riverside County Department of Waste Resources is seeking proposals from competent parties qualified in providing Geological, Geotechnical, and Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control services for an upcoming project referred to as “Phase 2, Stage 2 (P2S2) Liner Expansion Project, at the Badlands Sanitary Landfill” (Project). The Project will expand the size of the disposal area at the Badlands Sanitary Landfill (Site) by approximately 23 acres, in accordance with the requirements of Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR), and Subtitle D of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). In addition to the lined area, Waste Resources is constructing two (2) earthen stockpiles. The Cycle Park stockpile, located north of the existing Phase 2 Stage 1 (P2S1) area is adjacent to a failing earthen stockpile referred to as the Reduced Cycle Park Stockpile 1 (RCPS1), which was constructed during the P2S1 Liner Expan
