Notice of Contract Award RFP: Visit MS_Strategic Plan_2.16.2024 This professional services contract was awarded to the Vendor that proposed the most advantageous proposal through the Evaluation Phase (Technical proposals and Management proposals) and Cost phase. The award of this contract is going to Coraggio Group, LLC based on the cumulative Reviewers scores and cost phase scores. The nature of this contract is to have a professional services consultant to Provide professional services consultant which would focus on a report outlining a 5-year strategic plan and recommendations for Visit Mississippi to enhance promotion and development in tourism statewide. The contract will initially be written for one (1) year with 12 months of combined renewals available at the discretion of the Agency and in coordination with the vendor, contingent upon acceptable performance by the Contractor and sufficient monies being appropriated by the State Legislature and/or Federal Agency for a total of five (5) years. This contract will be for an amount of $266,510.00 per year. Once the contract is approved by the Public Procurement Review Board/Office of Personal Service Contract Review Board it will be executed by the Mississippi Development Authority.
