The City of Grand Terrace is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the conversion of an existing basketball court at Veterans Park into four (4) pickleball courts. The project includes surface preparation, acrylic sports court surfacing and striping, installation of four (4) permanent pickleball net systems, and installation of chain-link fencing as shown in Exhibit A. This project is a public works project subject to applicable prevailing wage requirements. Bidders must possess a valid California Contractor’s License appropriate for the work and an active California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration. Bidders shall provide pricing for each item listed below. Pricing shall include all labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, permits, taxes, disposal fees, overhead, profit, and incidentals necessary to complete the work described in the Scope of Work.
