The firm will also suggest transition or re-tenant options based on shopper preferences and economic trends, ensuring the analysis caters to both current and future retail needs.The City aims to better understand market trends, demands, and best practices, seeking collaboration with the chosen professional firm to identify retail leakage, site opportunities, community strengths, stakeholders, and business development prospects. The analysis will focus on designated Centers listed in the Scope of Work and include assumptions for the build-out of the Meadows Development and Portola Center Developments currently under construction.
