Description

The City of Woodland (“City”), through the Woodland Public Library (“Library” or “WPL”), invites proposals from qualified security firms to provide professional, unarmed security guard services at the Woodland Public Library. The City seeks a firm that can provide reliable staffing, strong customer service, sound judgment, de-escalation skills, consistent documentation, and a visible security presence appropriate to a welcoming public library environment. The selected firm will work collaboratively with Library staff to promote compliance with the Library’s Rules of Conduct, respond appropriately to disruptive or unsafe behavior, assist during emergencies, patrol the building and grounds, and document security-related incidents.
