The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for reconstruction of the Lakeview Court during the 2027 construction season. Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination. The scope of construction work is anticipated to include improvements to the underground storm drainage, water and sewer utilities, road base, pavement, sidewalk, and other miscellaneous improvements necessary for a complete project. The site of the work is in the Mendenhall Valley Lakewood Subdivision area of Juneau, Alaska.
