The City & Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide services for drafting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and support for solicitation of housing developers. The consultant shall assist CBJ in developing the technical components of the RFQ including but not limited to, evaluation criteria, submittal requirements, desired team composition, required qualifications, and vision for redevelopment. The consultant shall incorporate information contained in the Place Guide, supporting documents, and developer outreach summary to draft a comprehensive RFQ document that aligns with CBJ development objectives. The consultant shall work with the CBJ Project Manager to ensure the document is tailored in a manner that satisfies CBJ procurement policies.
