The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Department, on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Artificial Intelligence (AI)–powered scheduling solution to enhance operational efficiency across DPSS service areas. The solution will support the scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for both the Adult Services Division (ASD), including In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority (IHSS-PA), and the Children and Family Services (CFS). This initiative is intended to modernize scheduling capabilities by leveraging AI technologies to improve appointment coordination, streamline staff assignments, enable staff to focus more time on direct service delivery, and support consistent and timely service delivery.
