North Fork Crow River One Watershed One Plan Renewal RFP Questions and Responses • Could you provide a copy of, or link to, the NFCRWD’s Public Participation and Engagement Framework? We were unable to locate it on the District’s website. Yes, the document has been uploaded to our website alongside the RFP. • For the “designed final PDF”, is the expectation that the document be developed using a platform such as InDesign (with text drafted in Word and then designed), or that the final deliverable be a formatted Microsoft Word document? The partnership requires a Microsoft Word document as the baseline deliverable. The term “designed” refers to maintaining visual consistency and enhancing readability throughout the plan. • Are appendices containing technical analyses, model outputs, and supporting data required to meet ADA accessibility standards? Yes, ADA accessibility standards must be met for the entire plan, including all appendices. • Is there an anticipated budget range for this effort that you are able to share? We estimate the total plan renewal budget to be between $75,000 and $100,000. • Will previous modeling and data analyses be made available to the selected consultant for use in the plan update?
