The City of Chico is looking for qualified providers to develop a Safe-Routes-to-School Master Plan for various public schools within the city limits. The objective of this project is to evaluate existing conditions and identify projects at various locations and develop a Safe Routes to School Master Plan meeting all Safe Streets for All Grant Program (SS4A) requirements to improve safety and accessibility for students and neighborhoods in and around the schools.
