NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 27-017 SOUTH POINTE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors, herein after referred to as “Proposers”, to complete an environmental cleanup of the 9.1-acre South Pointe property located at 701, 705, 833, and 855 West Weber Avenue. The work will address soil contaminated with lead and pesticides through excavation, off-site disposal, and replacement with clean fill, as described in the attached draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP), dated September 15, 2026.
